These are some guidelines that we have adopted for our kitchen which pertain to our budgetary and kitchen size restraints:
Sound View’s dining hall is nut-free.
We have a very simple menu and do not keep a large inventory on hand.
There are always gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. We cannot accommodate cooking for vegan diets.
Guests are free to supplement the menu with their own food. Storage in the camp kitchen is possible..
