WORK AT SOUND VIEW CAMP!
The best part about working at Sound View is that you will gain a lot of experience and have real responsibilities as well as opportunities to be a positive influence in the lives of so many people.
Program Staff
April - June (opportunity to extend)
Hiring Five Program Staff
Starting at $500 per week plus room & board
At Sound View Camp, no two days are the same—and that’s the fun of it. From teaching low tide ecology to leading campfire songs (and maybe even rescuing a runaway marshmallow or two), Program Staff dive into a lively mix of outdoor education and camp life on the shores of Puget Sound. We’re looking for adaptable, energetic humans who love being outside, enjoy working with kids and adults alike, and don’t mind racking up a few extra steps while making a difference.
Program Staff are expected to wear many hats (and maybe a few rain jackets). You’ll jump between roles as:
Environmental Educator – teaching hands-on lessons about forests, marine life, and everything in between.
Activity Leader – guiding campers and students through archery, boating, low ropes, and other adventures.
Hospitality & Operations Support – helping camp run smoothly, from meal times to maintenance moments.
Sustainability Advocate – modeling care for the land and helping guests do the same.
This is a live-on-site position with room, board, and comprehensive training provided—plus all the campfires, sea air, and muddy boots you could ask for.
